  6. Congratulations on quitting @ANNA DETA! Best thing anyone can do regardless of how you do it. I'm a little confused though as the quit date you entered below your avatar indicates you've been quit for 11 months yet your message suggests you've just quit recently? Are you a new quitter or approaching a full year quit?
  7. I think whatever helps you quit is good. There isn't a method that is good for all, some people like slowly, others cold turkey. Quitting was the best thing I ever did for myself, and the only thing I am a bit sorry about is that I didn't do it earlier. It pays back in so many ways, and it makes life so much better. You are not the first to go through this, nor will be the last. All who quit were where you are and all would like you to come where they are now. I hope you stay on the quit path and make that best of decisions sooner than later!
  8. NOPE for today!
  9. I've been using PuffStats for a couple of weeks now and it's actually helping me stay accountable. Seeing the daily stats makes it easier to keep going. Definitely worth trying if you're serious about quitting.

  13. I recently quit with the help of an app called PuffStats. It tracks your puffs/smokes and keeps you motivated. I didn’t realize how much I was doing until I saw the numbers. www.puffstats.com
  14. I've tried several approaches, but the one that actually worked for me was using an app called PuffStats. It doesn’t preach or try to coach you—it just tracks how much you smoke or vape and shows your usage trends clearly. For me, seeing the numbers helped me reduce gradually. It felt less like quitting cold turkey and more like having a clear picture of my habits. I still check it now and then just to stay on track. If you're into progress tracking or just want a tool that keeps things simple and data-driven, PuffStats is worth checking out: www.puffstats.com
  15. NOPE I used an app called PuffStats—it helped me cut down gradually by tracking my usage and showing progress over time. No pressure or guilt, just numbers. Worth trying: www.puffstats.com WE CAN DO THIS

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
