  22. Great work @SD2026! A third of a year smoke free! Be sure to reward the efforts to reach this point. Rewards along the way are an important way to recognize all your efforts. And, you probably didn't know this but ... at the 4 month mark YOU, SD2026; get to take a week's break from playing the counting game!! What a nice surprise eh?
