 I put my pic's in there, out pops a code to copy and paste here and pooooffff there's your picture..

I also use tinypic and Imgur, which is a similar photo hosting service. Both are free to use but you do have to join up to get an account with them.

 

When you post, there is a thing at the bottom left of the window you are posting in  "Drag files here to attach or choose files". You can click on the choose file and select a photo from your hard drive. There are size limits though so if your photo is too large you can't post it.
