Hi,

I just quit smoking four days ago. I didn’t smoke that much when I did, but just one is too many. I am craving one really badly rn and I really just want someone to talk to that understands. So if you’re out there, please speak up. S.O.S

Howdy,  pass yet?

Don't do it!  I smoked again and it SUCKS!  I need to get back on the train.  I hate it!  Not worth it!!!!

NOPE....it works.  Five plus years following that one word. Can't fail if you never inhale!

Sfhit stinks too. Stunts growth of the main muscle and makes breath like crap.

Window licking is smarter than smoking

Bakon is right --- NOPE --- it does work.  Take some deep breaths, a glass of cold water and remember why you are quitting.  It is doable, I am only 1 month in on my quit and I smoked for over 40 years over a pack a day.  You can get through this.

Yes, we are here!  Please don't give up your 4 days.  One moment at a time...you can do this!

We are definitely here and all of us keeping our quits, short and long, and standing by for each other and anyone else who gets on this QuitTrain. Replies my be a little slower coming just now since the Super Bowl is being played.  You may not follow American football but many do.  Hope the worst of it has passed!  Jump around or whatever you need to do just don't smoke. That's the main thing.

I don’t post often, but I’m checking in today.

Who is it that says “Don’t put things in your mouth and light them on fire”?

OK so I'm really late to this conversation but am interested to know if we backed away from the ledge or jumped? Hopefully the former? Please check back in and let us know.

We have a lot of information and support around this place that will help you along if you are serious about quitting. That would all apply to both of you by the way.

What a line up of stars on this post. Jimmy must be washing the bus and treating the windows.

And I was there yesterday thinking my disappointment was because i could not find any cool skirts at thrift.
