Sorry DD, but as you well know, this too shall pass. What're you studying.

I start the Nursing program in Fall 18 (finally) I am knocking out some pre-requisite requirements. I have Lit and humanities, a Biology with a lab (love), two Sociology classes, and abnormal psych.

My mom is a nurse and I grew up with them all around me. Nursing is a wonderful field- such a great variety of career options!

I suspect the resident zombie killer can handle a couple of dickheads and a creepy dude.

Best of luck DD.

Also...abnormal psychology, something, something, Bakon.  It's not going to be the same making fun of that guy if he's not around.

Maybe you could drop the Abnormal psych. and just spend another afternoon with Bakon to get that credit??

(Darn it BOO - you beat me to it by a few seconds!!)

Show them who is boss, DD!!

it kind of sucks though because no matter where we go, what we do, there will always be douchebags.

She does know how to let 'em fly

CODE RED!!!  STAT!!!

Unfortunately there will be more asshat teachers as you get into the program.... I had my share. Luckily not too many though in tech school, but my bsn, which I finish in may finally, I have ran into a couple of unhelpful instructors in my online nursing classes. Although i am pretty annoyed at the whole thing to be honest. I have been a nurse now for 10 years...went back for my bsn 4 years ago and all I have learned in all honesty is how to write papers and bullshit my way on a discussion board. The nursing classes seemed to rehash what I had learned in tech school and a few were honestly useless to me for my current position and don't get me started on the general requirements those are as useful to me as a nurse as well I don't know what. A bsn is supposed to create a well -rounded nurse but IDK about that.  Sorry about inserting my rant into yours i totally feel you.

You will survive and get through....nursing is a good career and worth it. Hang in there

I still find twunkybollocks still comes in very handy...and use it often....

Seems to me that has more of a Brit ring to it? Both are equally insulting I'm sure :6_smile:

Twunt is my all time favorite.

So I know bollocks is the UK word for chin slappers,

When used to to express discontent though, is it kind of like in America when we say "bullsh*t" when something sucks?

No worry.

Pay no mind to Idiots.

Remember who you are

and know how much you are loved.
