Good job John, make it three now.

Yay !!! Good Job man! I'm not far behind you now. Feels Great doesn't it? Over the worst of it and starting to really see some of the benefits!

Keep moving forward and don't let down your guard. You know what I mean ....... that nico-voice still speaks to us at our weakest moments. Stay strong and just practice what you have already been doing successfully. You'll be just fine :)

Good work John.

Yay, John!  I hope you are celebrating!

Sorry guys, did not see this until recent. Still riding the train!

This may sound dumb, but its the truth. Before I quit, I could not imagine my life without smoking. Now, I can not imagine my life smoking.

I still have cravings, however they last about 5 seconds and certainly are not as frequent as they were.

Hope everyone of you are doing great!!

Good job John. I'm at about the same stage as you and would agree with your analysis. Keep it going and

enjoy all the benefits of being a non-smoker ;)

Alright John, keep them coming. 3 months, fantastic!

congrats John. Who is John? Guess it doesn't matter how great 3 months

ooops somewhere I saw three but you have to get to two before you hit three

That D is super smart. Better than an F at least in math.
