Ask whoever has the cigs to just put them out of sight ...until you feel stronger ...

The thought of lighting up may be tempting but you will regret it if you give in.  Best to fight it and not smoke.  It does get easier with time.

That 1st week is awful as I vividly recall 😱

 

Anything you do other than lighting up a smoke is fine and dandy :) Hammer down, full steam ahead!
