Back, beaten up and chewed up and spit out by Big Tobacco

Hold your high, we have all relapsed one time or another in previous quits. The important part is that you are quit again. Make this your sticky quit and all will be right with the world again. Remember to NOPE daily!

Ty James. Thats what I would tell someone else but Im not as nice to myself. We are all like that to a degree, i think.

Welcome back, Michelle.  Don't beat yourself up, anymore...you cannot undo what is done.  Keep reading.and learning. Hold your head up as a nonsmoker and just keep marching.  You can do this!!

No slinking necessary.  Glad to have you back on the train.  Make up your mind to not do this to yourself anymore.    I know you want this because your back.  That's half the battle!   You can do this but you have to take smoking off the table no matter what.  No matter what.

Sticky quit! Everything else is just dilly dallying.

You got this girl.

Welcome back! :)

Michelle, nice to see you back!

Remember that whatever happens, you don't want to keep doing this, all the withdrawals won't last and this will be so, so worth it.

I had a relapse once too - after a 4 year quit!!!  Relapses suck, but smoking sucks more!!!

We are glad you are back.  No more smoking - you know where that leads.

You can choose NOT to smoke or to smoke.  I choose NOT to smoke.  Please join me and all of us here.  We need your strength as much as you need ours.

Welcome back Michelle.  I was just thinking about you on my drive home!  The last post I saw of yours, you were about to get news from your Dr's office (pretty sure it was you  ).  And then you vanished.  So.....I'm really glad you're back, and so far, I've not seen any horrible news about you so Yay!

Head UP.  Shoulders BACK.  And take command of this sh*t.  You deserve it.

Good to see you back Michelle....

You can do this...one day at a time.....

One slogan worked for me....smoking is not on the table no matter what is happening....

This sentence got me through heaps of days...

It can work for you too..

Hold your chin up, you are quitting and that's a great thing. What's gone before is ancient history, there is only ever today that is promised.

Congrats on 2 days!

At least you came back which is a good move, head down...eyes on the prize your sticky quit. Honestly if you just don't smoke you've got it. We will all cheer you on xx

Thanks you guys. Its really nice to be thought of and cared about! Runsfree ty for thinking about me! The suspicious cells they found are precancerous not cancer. They have to be watched but pose no immediate threat thank God. I smoked for two months after getting that news....addiction is insane
