Smoking is always an option as much as quit smoking is always an option

Recommended Posts

Beacon,

Honest insight. As for me after all this quit time all there is, is a feeling of " I used to do that ", a transmission of the fact that I did. An acknowledgment.

Eventually all there is, is a memory. That's about all that's left of it, the reminder of the addiction.

But no more whispers Beacon. They will fade.

This is good insight to pass down.  It encourages hope and offers promise as we navigate this path.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
