July 25, 201511 yr And the men of Quittrain That's not fair. The Sarge worked hard on his abs early Spring. They're already gone (who can keep up that diet, right?) but here they are(were) Easy Peasy
July 25, 201511 yr That's not fair. The Sarge worked hard on his abs early Spring. They're already gone (who can keep up that diet, right?) but here they are Easy Peasy Sarge, for what it's worth I've never seen a guy in real life with abs. I'm sure there may have been a few at my gym, but if so I never saw their stomachs. I cannot even imagine how hard that would be to maintain.
July 25, 201511 yr Sarge, for what it's worth I've never seen a guy in real life with abs. I'm sure there may have been a few at my gym, but if so I never saw their stomachs. I cannot even imagine how hard that would be to maintain. They're relatively easy to get - just starve yourself for 3 or 4 months. The hard part's keepin' 'em for the long term. Sarge likes Pizza, right? Easy Pesay
July 25, 201511 yr Whatever happened with the whole Babs' Abs Challenge earlier this year? Easy Peasy
July 25, 201511 yr Yeah well for me, I rubbed my tailbone completely raw about halfway? through. Hurt like a mother. So I kind of lost interest. But even when I did abs everyday for like 6 months I didn't really have definition. And starving is not my idea of a good time. no thanks!

But even when I did abs everyday for like 6 months I didn't really have definition. And starving is not my idea of a good time. no thanks! One can do all the ab-specific exercise in the world and have the biggest baddest abs ever ... hidden under a mere 1/3 inch of belly flab, never to be seen. The key to abs is insanely low body fat. Insanely low. "Abs are made in the kitchen" is about as true as it gets. Sarge's pictured abs were diet alone. No ab-specific workouts (but plenty of running and climbing) Caloric Deficit over extended periods is pretty much a requirement to have visible abs. That's why they're gone already. Sarge, too, finds starvation in the "not a good time" zone. Easy Peasy
