Today my Ted crossed the Rainbow Bridge

He passed in my arms 

He was my mate , I’m gutted and will miss him so much

I'm so sorry for the loss of your handsome boy Ted @Doreensfree   Ted passing in your arms gave him the comfort, safety and love that he deserved in his final moments. The loss of our furry friends is so heart breaking. They sure do leave paw prints on our hearts. 

 

I know nothing I say will help right now but know that I'm thinking of you and I understand the loss and heartache you're feeling.  Fly high Ted

The simple truth is we outlive our mates.

But we swear no one can ever replace them. 
But a pet comes along that needs us. Picks us.

It … she… him will find you.

Not a Ted clone…. But they seem to find us.

A secound hand pet. Never what I plan. 
Can’t seem to find the perfect designer pet.

But it hey find us.

I’m still blubbering

Want to share this and get it out 

First time in 12 years I considered that cigarette.

I gave myself a good talking too, today 

I’m off to NOPE for a few days

I kind of wondered if this tragic event might cause a few thoughts of smoking as somking was always our comfort zone when significan events happened suddenly in out lives.

 

Glad you had that talk with yourself! Just goes to show no matter how long we've beeen quit, we must always be on guard!
