Thank you so much Doreen and Gene!  The two years really did go fast, although not so much in the very beginning...LOL!! I can still remember those early days and how hard they were but with the support that I got from all of you on this site, it helped me so much.  I know that if I can quit, anyone can.  I was so addicted, constantly looking to have the next cigarette.

Thank you again! 🥰

Great job QG! Look at all you've accomplished in 2 years and how positively it's affected your life. Reflect & celebrate you're 2nd full year as a quitter! 🥳

LET'S PARTY!!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
