September 6, 201411 yr Haha, saw this coming a mile off! The obvious one - don't drink do much the night before... Too late for that now though. The only thing that ever sort of works for me is a greasy fry up with sugary tea... Hope you feel better - hugs!
September 6, 201411 yr Should have told you last night to take 2 ibuprofen with a lot of water before you went to sleep last night. I didn't realize you were in that bad a way. Ibuprofen, water, water, water, gatorade, and starchy food. Feel better girl. :)

September 6, 201411 yr if paracetamol is the same as Tylenol or acetaminophen I wouldnt recommend taking it after drinking take ibuprofens instead related to possible liver issues it is generally not recommended.

The recommended dose in the UK is so safe you could probably double, triple or even quadruple it without I'll effect, probably not a good idea though!
