July 3, 201412 yr I am now on day 20 of not smoking and I feel GREAT !!! And in 6 days, I will be going on my first full family vacation SMOKEFREE !!!! It will be the first time in over 30 years, my parents will see me without a cigarette hanging out of my mouth. My kids and I will be able to relax and enjoy each other without me thinking when I will get my next fix. And I rented a smoke free condo ON THE BEACH where we can sit outside and truly inhale the fresh air. I'm so excited I could just pee. This IS my quit. I'm owning this bitch.
July 3, 201412 yr Love the attitude. Be aware and be careful... for some reason my first vacation was full of triggers. I guess I had to retrain my brain to vacation without smoking just like everything else. Make a plan...cause it will probably happen to you too. It is really nice to see you so positive...I have seen this be a struggle for you. Keep on keepin on.
