March 31, 20206 yr https://soundcloud.com/easyway-publishing/allen-carrs-stop-smoking-now I didn't know this was an audio book until now . Is this available for free to listen to anywhere ?
March 31, 20206 yr @Sunshine59, Every now and then someone puts it up on YouTube. It gets taken down due to copyright infringements. Alan Carr has helped so many people. It is well worth the ducats.
March 31, 20206 yr Author I like the way he talks about nicotine addiction , such proper words coming out of his mouth . The audio book itself feels like an old documentary about some LSD trip Very interesting narration Let me see if i can find the whole book from somewhere Thanks
March 31, 20206 yr I hope you do, S. I am glad he resonates with you about nicotine addiction ! This might just save you from @Doreensfree's cast iron frying pan. lol. She loves Alan Carr.
March 31, 20206 yr I do love this guy !!!!.....he take so much sense ....and has helped millions to quit .... Yes !!!!! A must read ...if you can download it ....
March 31, 20206 yr Author I have to keep searching for this whole book , its copyrighted material so the complete version is not available freely to download , lol Anyway nice audio book
March 31, 20206 yr "There are people who can make love standing on a hammock, but it is not the easiest way." --Allen Carr I don't have anything else to add. I just really enjoyed that line.
March 31, 20206 yr I have read his book and it's good...very good...but....Joel Spitzer is perhaps better What amazes me is his understanding of the addiction, never having been a smoker himself
March 31, 20206 yr Glad you found this, @Sunshine59 I initially checked this book out at the library early on in my quit and I ordered my own personal copy before I finished. You can buy it on Amazon and Barnes and Noble's websites. Allen Carr really helped me with my quit and I do recommend it for anyone who is quitting smoking.
March 31, 20206 yr Author @johnny5 , Yes i will try to buy the book , there isn't any home delivery from e-commerce sites right now due to lock downs . But i will try once they reopens for business . Oh and i suddenly like audio books , lol Thanks

I am a big fan of Joel's. His emphasis on education and all his resources are excellent. Here's what he has to say about not being a smoker You Never Smoked, How Can You Know What I Am Going Through and Standard Reply For Allen Carr Comparisons
April 1, 20206 yr Note to mention: Joel was doing quit smoking clinics while Allen Carr was still smoking.
April 3, 20206 yr A great book! He uses logic to bust us out of the nicotine spell, kinda like rational-emotive therapy. I found it very helpful in changing how I viewed my relationship to cigarettes. Helped me deepen my resolve to quit.
