    Just had a bit of a test . I'm at work , no-one else here . I needed to borrow a torch so I opened a colleagues work drawer and there was a half full pack of smokes . I had to have a big word with myself - it definietly  caught me off guard for a second . So......

     

    a big Nope from me - i'll go running instead !
