November 4, 20196 yr Thank you everyone!!!! I was so excited this morning, I made it one week!! It has been a LONG time that I have gone that long without the smokes!!!! I am dancing my butt off (my butt that appears to be growing with all the munching I am doing.) But I made it ONE WEEK. And I feel good!! You people are my lifeline right now, I read and read instead of smoking especially in the morning.
