April 24, 20251 yr Missed this somehow ... congrats on 3! You're racing toward 1 Month now. Promise not to miss that one @Pilgrim 🙂 Edited April 25, 20251 yr by Reciprocity
April 28, 20251 yr Four weeks ago tonight I inhaled my last breaths of nicotine. 1 month quit and feeling good about it, overall. I get that itch about once a day, but I can quickly nullify it by remembering how it felt to be an addict... regularly needing to interrupt my life to get my nicotine fix... I remember all the unpleasant effects of the addiction and it provides me fortitude. Edited April 28, 20251 yr by Pilgrim
May 26, 20251 yr Eight weeks ago tonight I inhaled my last breaths of nicotine. I'm feeling unwavering in my resolve to stay quit. I have enough problems in my life as it is, I don't need the burden of being a junkie on top of everything else.
May 26, 20251 yr Congratulations @Pilgrim, you are doing so great!! 👍 Just remember, take one day at a time, that's really all you can do, but it will certainly pay off!! I have taken over for Jill in the Celebrations threads, so since you will be 2 months quit on the 31st, be on the lookout for a little celebration!!👍😁
May 27, 20251 yr Congrats @Pilgrim! 2 Months is a stellar start to your forever quit and you have one very necessary thing going for you ... that unwavering commitment to beating this addiction so far to the back of your mind that it will be unlikely to ever be a threat to you again, That's exactly the place you wanna be; committed to a smoke-free life👍
May 27, 20251 yr Congrats on 2 months Pilgrim, I have utmost respect for you, as these first months are by far the hardest, and if you can do these, you are definately going to make it all the way. stay determined….one day at a time…..
May 30, 20251 yr Congrats on 2 months @Pilgrim .....Well done... never loose that resolve. I know all to well that we are just one puff away from a pack of smokes a day. You DONT want to do that. Now I am drawing strength from you brother. Edited May 30, 20251 yr by Genecanuck

December 31, 2025Dec 31 Congratulations!! I am close to two months. But also very important milestone today is that I saved 750 euro's since I quit! December was since a long time not financially stressful.
December 31, 2025Dec 31 I love this - quitting smoking reduces financial stress. Yet another wonderful up-side of a smoke free life. Congrats @GonSo!
