  1. Hi Everyone! I haven't posted in quite a while, but I decided I wanted to celebrate my 1 year quit on May 30th. I am very proud of myself, and want to thank everyone here for the encouraging words. 😊
  2. Thanks everybody!! Still not vaping!! I still find myself wanting to, and there are those "times" when I normally would (first thing in the morning, right after eating, driving, and stressful times at work)and I still want to. But so far I have been able to resist. I knew this was going to be hard, but I believe I can do it. Hopefully, lol.
  3. Just wanted to introduce myself. I just joined tonight. A health scare prompted my quit on 05/30/2024. The first 6 days I was in the hospital with plenty to think about and I really didn't miss vaping. But now I'm home, nobody else home with me, and I find myself thinking about it more. I quit cigarettes probably 7 years ago and started vaping. Thought it was "better" for me. But I know better than that in reality. I am 61 years old, and just found out last Monday that I will be unemployed on 8/12/24. I'm afraid that will be a trigger for me as well. The company I have worked for for 42 years is closing. I look forward to any and all advice and help that you all have to offer. My brother in law quit a few years ago using this site, and he recommended it to me.
