Oh my goodness.  Who does the wonderful artwork.  She does look amazing.  I hope there is a prize for costume.

I had the joy of gluing on the prosthetics and painting her face. She is not the best model... way too fidgetty. She is trying to work out what to be for book week, it is her last one this year (the stop at year 8 ) so she wants it to be special.

I'll drag out some other costumes I've done for her and post the pics.

You are extremely artistic.  I hope she appreciates her mom.  You spend such special time with her.  Maybe you should change careers Jo.  You would make a great makeup artist.

This was her Banshee, Grade 6 (which here is the last year of primary school... she made the preppies (kindergarteners) cry.....

I have too many issues with my shoulder and hand to do it for a job... its just a fun hobby... but thanks for the ego boost.

Awesome pics jo and you know I agree with Linda that you could have made a career out of that :) We have a tv competition show called Face Off here and your work would be right up there in the running for first place...

Lucky kid.  You do have real talent, jo, and the imagination to keep it interesting.

Great pics Jo, you are really talented, and I agree, you should have done it as a career. You could still make money out of your talent by  offering your services for parties.

Great stuff, Jo!

Elf Rielle is my favourite - it's incredible.

Have to agree with everyone else that you have a great talent there. Art seems to be your thing and my suggestion would be to work from home as an Illustrator.

Also, if the red hair is her own hair then it's gorgeous. That little girl is definitely growing into a stunning little lady.

The red hair is natural... with a soft wave.... she gets the colour from my dad.... she is super proud of her red hair so I don't see her dying it any time soon. Down here we call gingers, rangas cos they are like orangutans.
