  1. I smoked all mine, I am one of those people who can not have any in the house. You are so controlled with them. Maybe give them away so there is none for your mum. Three weeks is pretty awesome for a smoker of 50 years.

  18. Gabby posted a blog entry in Gabby's Blog
I am so pleased with myself, a few things happened over the weekend and my first reaction was not, I want a ciggie, in fact now I think about it, didn't enter my mind. ( dealing with son's father always makes me want ciggie) It even feels like the depression has eased a bit. I think re-reading Allen Carr's book has helped. Its Tuesday today and I really don't have that restless feeling. Their is one draw back, I think I have a problem with NRT. I didn't really click until reading the book. That will be the next thing I deal with. Thank you all my new friends. This is a very peaceful Gabby over and out.
  19. I am feeling really good today, a few things happened over the weekend and I never even thought of a ciggie. That's real progress.

  23. I love how you have the up coming events on the calendar and it has Gabby three weeks and how people remember that it is the day for your three weeks. It makes you feel so wanted on the site. And you are quitting smoking with people who really do care. I have never had this before, I always had to remember. It makes you want to be successful in quitting. Such a happy place. I have two friends on site, just gives you a really warm feeling. I want this to be my sticky quit.
