  1. Jenny, you are amazing! Two years is... whoa, incredible. :) You have helped me and so many others with our quits, so thank you for all you do!
  2. Almost end of day. No smoking for me though. NOPE!
  3. Same. I'd rather be uncomfortable temporarily vs. dying early.
  4. Hey Holski: I miss you as well! Hope to hear from you soon.
  5. My weight, food (lol @ the irony), pumpkin spice cappuccinos, gum.
  6. This is me. I hated smoking so much, even before I quit. This attitude really has kept me motivated over the months.
  7. This addiction brings so much sadness... Glad I am free. Thanks for sharing Nancy!
  8. I hate smoking, so NOPE!
  9. Unfortunately, nagging never works. I agree with Colleen -- they must really want it before they can quit. That's the only way. I can't count how many times I've been the obnoxious ex-smoker without meaning to, but I can't help myself. I just want to tell everyone how awesome it is to be a non-smoker and how easy quitting gets overtime.
  10. No smoking for me today! Got too much homework to think about smoking, lol. So NOPE!
  11. There is still a little of the day left, so I pledge not to smoke today. :) NOPE!
  12. It truly is a great feeling! I love telling people NOPE! I don't really get asked anymore, probably because I look repulsed whenever someone holds up a cigarette. I can't help it -- my face tells it all, I'm sure.
  13. So happy to hear this Sarah. :) And quitting is definitely the best decision you have made! Enjoy your smoke-free life. :D
  14. That chicken dish looks pretty amazing Colleen. :)

I should stop procrastinating and start working on my homework. Hmph.
  16. Hey Rowly, Sorry about the relapse, but congrats for getting back on track right away. :) That's the most important thing to do after a relapse.
  17. Damn, that sucks. :( Relapses are never any fun. You're right, the only thing you can do is start from scratch. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
  18. Definitely not going to smoke. NOPE!
  19. That is so beautiful MQ. Glad you're now able to enjoy the view rather than being consumed by getting your morning cigarette fix. :)
  20. I LOVE hummus! It's one of my favourite go-to snacks. Yum. Glad you gave it a try Christa. :) Thanks for the recipe Aine -- I think I'll give it a go!
  21. This. Exactly Ross. Oh, and I avoided 3-hour long movies like the plague. No way, no how was I going without a smoke for 3 hours!

Ouch Jimmy! Those are never any fun. I once chipped a tooth on a potato chip. Sigh, only me!
