When I was younger I was bullied a great deal, and always tried to buy peoples friendship, up until about 20 years ago when I realised that you didn't need to have a huge group of friends, I have a few really close friends now, and through Friend's Reunited and Facebook I have contacted quite a few people from the past, and I have stood up too and faced many of the bullies. I thanked them as they made me the person I am today, when I first moved to Scotland I found it surreal watching people grow and get older it totally freaked me out!!
  2. Don't think so Action, it is not home, Germany was a lovely place to live when we stayed in Guterslough we had alot of german friends and lived well within the community would love to go back.
  3. do you know each year, one of us will say lets get married this year and the other will say naaaa, I think one day we will just do it, we have been together over 11 years now, it will be a small intimate wedding, Ive been married twice and my OH has been married once, when is your wedding Leanna? big or small? love all the excitement of a wedding, my first was huge church wedding, second Registry office.

  5. Tracey as we know a crave is a thought, feed the thought fuel and it will grow, you doused it out with a good deal of sensible thinking atta girl, thats all it takes to get rid of the crave/trigger you are in control of it, no-body else, no excuses, we got this, group hug Yeahhh xx

  7. Congratulations on the Job Colleen, and sorry to see you are having a stressfull day, BUT well done on coming here and venting, you shout, scream, yell , cuss all you like, if it gets the frustration directed away from allowing the thought of smoking to grow then SHOUT EVEN LOUDER. xx

Husband Num 1 - too young Husband number 2 - safe and secure fell in love with soon to be husband number 3 I can be ME when I am with him I'm alot better Action thank you so much for asking, I went back to work on Friday, still coughing like an old hag, really thought I was a gonner, took 2 severe allergic reactions to the Antibiotics.......scary stuff El B, I was born in Oslo Norway, at a Red Cross Hospital, I Currently live in Ayrshire, Scotland and have done for 32 years , I have lived in Norway, Malaysia, Rheindahlen, Guterslough, Ramstein (All germany,) Alnwick Northumberland (twice) York, Peterhead (scotland) , London, I have been to 11 different schools, 1 boarding school, 1 college and still to this day get itchy feet, when my feet get itchy I change husband or wallpaper, this house has been wallpapered alot lol xx
  9. We need to be on our guard for when these craves come along and crowd our heads, good on you Rob for kicking butt, its scary though to think that the addiction will always lurk. x

Hi Amy so pleased to see you back on board, don't let the addiction get the better of you, you know that you can do this, you know that you can keep your quit, one day at a time Amy, we are all always here to help and support you, anytime you feel the nasty crave kicking in, stop, calm, breath, NOPE clear your mind of the crave take a walk, bath anything that will help get you through, xx

Trish so sorry to see you relapsed, be strong you know that you can make this quit a sticky quit, its being tough on the craves, being tough with yourself and telling yourself that Smoking Is Not an Option, no more merry-go-round, get on this roller coaster, hold and tight and see it right to the end, we are all here to help and support you xx

Hi Tiff sorry to have missed your SOS but great to see so many coming to help, and so glad to see you didn't smoke, the craves are horrendous when they hit I can remember my last really hard crave and you do feel like screaming, but sometimes just sitting down and telling yourself calmly its just a thought, do not feed it, entertain it or give it credit in any way and it will go away, its only when you allow it room to grow that it will increase in strength, you did great xx

  23. Sarah Well done you kicked nicodemon's butt, each time you face and overcome a trigger/crave you become stronger in your quit, just remember its only a tiny thought inside your head, if you don't fan the flames of the thought it wont grow and will die out. xx
