  12. Hello Sarah....nice to meet you! Welcome! This forum is a wonderful place, you will meet a lot of inspiring people..I can promise you that! My advice would be....read a lot and get involved, get to know people and let us know you! We all are here because we quit smoking, we all have something in common! I started smoking when I was 15 and smoked for 35 years ....if I can do that...so can you! It is a bit of a roller coaster! If you are ready...... “fasten your seat belt” and enjoy the ride!
  13. Thank you for all your help and Congratulations!
  14. Oh Susana so happy to see you
  15. I think I smile every night in my sleep. I had bad smokers cough (of course it wasn't from smoking..it was a sinus problem). I am a side sleeper and sometimes when I rolled over I started coughing and it woke me up. The coughing continued and I had to sit up and drink a glass of water. Now I sleep silently...I can toss and turn (not that I want to) there won't be any coughing involved :-)
  16. wake up Bakon ...you overslept :-)
  17. S.N.O.T. (smoking is not an option today)
  18. I have no idea...but there are some pink sharks swimming around!
  19. I am with you Nancy!
