that's a smart move. keep educating yourself about the addiction and embrace the hardship of quitting. it will be well worth it. the best rule i've seen to stay quit is simple. never put anything in your mouth and set it on fire. and my favorite...the life you want is on the other side of the crap you don't want to do. good luck
