Tonight I am making a Yellow tomato marinara sauce. I first saw it made by Lidia Bastianich on a youtube video. I have been looking all over for canned yellow tomatoes but didn't find them until the other day when my store finally started to carry them. They are supposed to be less acidic than the red tomatoes. I will let you know how it comes out.
