  6. Allen Carr audible helped me. Exercise, however much you can do can 'fill the void.' Repeating to myself that smoking was just flat off the table, to avoid inner debate.
  7. Hey! Least I wasn't the one dancing around with a lampshade as a hat.

  12. Marti, I read like 2 of Caine's Morganville Vamp books. So so, I thought. But seriously pick these up again, they get sooo good. I just cried my head off - I listened to them on audible and really really fell in love. I have heard a lot about Kelley Armstrong. I need to read those. I love long series. I am on book 2 of 'Godcorp' right now. Not really UF, but interesting, and free on kindle unlimited.

  21. Morning! I am not going to be much help here, but more curious, why wheat free? I know some people that are on gluten free diets and it sounds quite expensive/daunting.

1 week to the day after we quit smoking my hub was let go of his job of like 7? years. Perfect "excuse" to "quit another day," but by then I'd done so much research and committed myself so fully that I knew there was no going back. I texted him, "Whatever you do, don't smoke." Life is not always a bowl of cherries, but problems are sooo much harder to deal with as a smoker. Because you always have 2 problems then, your problem at hand, and the problem that you are an addict. You have the right mindset Sammie! You are doing so well.
  23. Great job Joe! You should be very happy :) I am so glad you are here with us, you are such an awesome guy. Very well done.
  24. This is a great idea MQ, many thanks to Beth for accepting. This will very likely literally save lives.
