    Life lessons

I have still been struggling this week!! More bad news and sometimes it seems like it all Piles up at once. Life on life's terms sucks sometimes. I try to be a positive, kind person most of the time I have been through ups and downs in my life as I'm sure everyone has. I do know smoking will not help me right now so I won't!!! This is my rant for the day and I will make tomorrow a better day. I came close to making a decision that my gut knew was not a good choice for me. Now there was someone that tried to convince otherwise but I have learned that I have to make what is best for me and I did. Sometimes that's not easy but right. Ok my rant for the night lol
  23. Might ease someday
  24. @Kris Congratulations!!! Great job
  25. Use gentle love

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
