@intoxicated yoda I love reading your stories!!! We are all different, so I wish I had the magic wand I would share it with all on the train. For myself it has been a struggle, I smoked for many years so I know It will be along time to reprogram myself, I'm an addict for sure!!! It is doable for sure. So hang in there!!
