  9. Welcome aboard Reynjoe, the best decision you can make in your life is to quit smoking. I not going to lie and tell you it's easy because it's not. It is on the other hand 100% doable if you believe and have faith in yourself. I quit cold turkey just after the beginning of the pandemic and it has been just over a year quit for me. You must be 100% committed to your quit for any kind of success. So, pick a seat and enjoy the ride to a happier and healthier life.
