Well 11-18th August 2018 is Elvis Week... truly, he gets a whole week... my dad was very excited when I told him and got out al his Elvis "Vds" (not sure if he thinks its funny to drop the d in dvd or if he just doesn't get it) so he could have a week long movie marathon.... so for the week I will be posting 1 Elvis song a day... but I'm opting for Elvis covers seeing as I had a traumatic experience as a teen involving a bottle of vodka, a high cousin and an Elvis mural taking up an entire bedroom wall telling me to follow my dreams that i swear the eyes were following s around the room... scary shit....

ey NOPErs... pulled a migraine.. been offline... so for Ingersoll Day, the day to commemorate Robert G. Ingersoll.. a person until today I had sadly never heard of... he was a great American orator during the 1880's who campaigned tirelessly for the rights of women and minority groups. So regardless of where you sit in your quit remember when you help another you lift yourself too.. NOPE... NOT TODAY, NOT TOMORROW, NOT EVER, FOREVER!

^^ Iqbal Masih .... a little boy who fought for his freedom and the freedom of at least 3000 other child slave labourers... and was murdered at 13... today he would have been 35.... but instead he has inspired charities and humanitarian awards around the world... from a little town in Pakistan this kid did change the world because he knew it was wrong... and he more than paid forward the help he was given.

It would be worth a try. I have been doing resistance work in the hydro pool, or with the elastics, hadn't thought of weight work... although I'd be worried about it subluxating with some of these.
