Thank you Jo ? having a chill day today, just pottering around the house and finishing off washing clothes from being away. Can’t believe I’m at 7 months already, this second half of the year is going so much quicker than the first. I’m in a comfortable place with my quit now, just riding the waves ? Thanks for being part of my journey, love your funny posts ?

NOPE.........NOT ON MY 7TH MONTH ANNI....Congrats Jo, another month done! seems like no time since the last one.... Huge well done on 9 months free...Unpacking and washing...just got back from being away..NOPE.....none for me today... I haven’t posted in a few days, as been away....but back now...I always wore a latex glove on my smoking hand. I’m a beautician so work on people’s faces. I couldn’t have smelly fingers ? I always smoked out in fresh air, and sprayed myself often with body spray and that went in my hair too ...and lots of mints. I always used to turn away. From my clients to speak to them, just in case they smelt it on my breath.... it was a nightmare and I bet some knew anyway ?NOPE... not on Sunday ....?Eating half a banana frozen on a stick, just like ice cream....?NOPE... none today ?NOPE....not today....it’s good to be free ?NOPE... not today..ta ....???NOPE... not smoking..no way.......?It,s a lovely smoke free day ...NOPE..???
