  8. The bonfire is blazing for you to throw on all your cigarettes not smoked since your quit ... I Throw on my 65,635 in memory of my hubby and all the good folk who have been taken far too early because of this horrible killer addiction ...🙁

  14. Grrrr. Those smoking dreams ,they play with your head .... What a relief when you realise it was a dream and not reality ... It shook you up ...because they are so vivid ...they stay in your memory for a while .... This just shows how much your precious quit means to you Yoda...

  20. When you finish the course of NRT...you still have to go cold turkey ....it's like taking a band aid of very slow . Much quicker to just rip it off and get that sting over with ... Some folks have tried sleep hypnosis on you tube ....it's just a thought ... Me personally I rode it out ...and just excepted it was all a part of the healing process ... One day this will be all behind you.....🐸

  22. The truth is I had more anxiety the past 2 weeks (and anytime I contemplated quitting) than I've had in the past 24 hours. It's not a piece of cake (mmmm cake), wait what was I saying.... don't I have a spice cake recipe somewhere??? *wanders off* Our brains can sometimes be our worst enemy ... Well done ....upwards and onwards ..🐸
