  4. Well you have added to your tool box Good for you , that is a great list I can only add when I needed to chill I used to do ChiGong , there is tons of it on YouTube… I still do it today It slows your Brain down Your doing great

Nellie I found changing routines worked best for me , if I used to have coffee with breakfast I changed it to fresh orange Getting up right away to do dishes, so I would keep busy Read all the green pinned posts on the Main Smoking Board , there is loads of great information and tips to keep you going We are all with you
