Missed this tiff.....I remember those days well... I used to beat the hell out of a pillow....not nice little lady hits....I mean beat the shit out of it....rocky punches....it worked... Also listened to music loud in my ears....singing and dancing about.... It doesn't matter what you do.....just don't smoke.....you can do it....

Hi tony... My sleep pattern took a good while to settle down.... You have had a few suggestions....worth trying them out.... Try and make sure you are relaxed... before retiring...... I found a nice bath helpful.... Your doing great....it's all temporary.....Well done babs.....that's great.....I carnt add much to what has been said.... I had to train my brain to do almost everything without smoking...a life long addiction.... I can do everything now ...smoke free.....and much better too.... Your doing great......nice and easy does it......Wow...gabby....9 months.....you have not always had it easy peasy.... This is what makes it special....I'm so proud of you.....
