Hi rob....well done your doing great...and it's gets better and better... I smoked all my adult life 52 years.... I didn't know how to do anything if a smoke wasn't involved.... Ive had to educate my self to learn to do everything smoke free.... My only regret....not doing it a longtime ago.....

Ok...hilerious...I don't know what that machine is....I don't have one.... I recognised tea spoons...the only thing I can come up with is Teflon something... Must say that peeping cat gave me a giggle....aw peeping TOM.... Failing this....you have won this round fair and square.....and you get to go again....well done...

Don't fall for the same pattern...dont throw away a great quit.... Smoke a few ...then want to quit again.... You know they are going to taste bleh.....you ate going to hate it ...sooooo Ride it through...it wil pass.....you'll be so proud you did.... Xxx
