  15. I got on Buddybook (stolen from My Name is Earl tv show, when Earl got a bunch of made up names for Joyce to Buddy cuz nobody liked her) and never use it...so mrs buddied smarti after mousetown last year. drunkfest in Minnie ears, the two needed carried back to rooms, I almost had chris convinced mine was lighter than his and he should carry both.... but I got on buddybook once a year and now I get an email everyday saying smarti did something and I need to go look, but when I do look about once a week, it just asks me if I want more window lickers for friends....I don't because that would just make more emails, signing in,(which I use a real name email address and its long) SO I don't want to discourage anyone from buddying smarti, but I will see you face if she accepts. or so I think.. found the crossdresser from Scotland and the cross dresser from England, found girl who partied with Elvis and I think a few others.... if you recognize your handle here, that's right, I know who you are so be careful posting pictures of cats on your head, once bat or meathead show me how to copy pictures I will be on it posting them...

  19. Try to enjoy the suk....make it the last time...know that the suk is what makes the payoff so good....sounds backwards but the attitude sets the difficulty of the quit...if you turn the thoughts around to where you look at any trouble or pangs of pain as growth, as something good, like the old no pain no gain weight lifting struggle, where the negative feeling is making a better life...then when you feel those urges, irritations or pangs, you know its your body adjusting and getting better. Pain is the healing right now...its the body pushing the bad crap out and it wanting to hold on or come back but it cant get in.... Sgt said EMBRACE the Suk....Ride it, use it to your advantage

  23. SIDE not slide...means gets easier now
  24. Thanks....just some pushes and shoves from people here and NOPE....all it takes...not really, its a relearn of basic habits and ways but once each is done it gets easier. Each holiday or season, chore or hobby....don't know how I did have time for it. Probably 20 lbs heavier, good 15 anyways, but its all good weight. Was too thin for height because I didn't eat good. Now I work out regular, watch what I eat and biggest health improvement is lungs, I can walk, run or climb stairs, ride bikes hike or whatever...activities I would pass on before because I would be short of breath before others, not weaker, just looked weaker when you cant breath after five times running up and down basketball court...So I still preach CURVES ARE GOOD. Don't let weight gain bother you. As for gym, just go and move, don't matter what you do, just move.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
