Beacon is a Jewish cat and it is Rosh Hashana, the Jewish New Year. Last year I actaually quit smoking on Rosh Hashana but since the traditional Jewish calender is different, it is not the same time each year on our calenders.

I am now doing two doses of estrogel cream and one progestorone pill. Magic. Yey! Next I am getting from a compunding pharmacy some teststorone cream and a dhea pill. These are all bio identical hormones. I am sleeping better and the hot flashes are reduced about 90%. I am not an emotional wreck any more. Let's see if my energy continues to return

In Miami in the winter the sky is light blue and clear and rises forever. The humidity drops and the temperature is always 70 degrees. The rain stops and the bugs die and the strange mold and weeds and plants retreat for awhile. People open their windows and the season begins with farmers markets, fairs, festivals, parties, boat shows, stone crabs, lobsters.

When I was on a strict diet, I used to dream about eating sweets . I loved those dreams! I was always happy to be eating. The smoking dreams are always fmade me feel bad that I had thrown away my quit. The craves come and go. You are doing good :)
