The beauty of this quit forum is that whining isn't a bad thing. If it helps to whine, we will listen. Getting it out there is soothing - so whine, rant, rave....just don't smoke. I went cold turkey this round, but I say do whatever it takes. You're doing good...one day at a time... KTQ

Joe this is so awesome! I only have daughters, but I do have a grandson. Boys are so different and so wonderful. I'm so happy for your family...Yipee! It's A Boy!!! I'm sure your family get-together was super exciting!!!!!

I don't think most people are ever prepared, or want to be prepared. Sounds like you already learned alot of great stuff from your last quit that will serve you well. The commitment is all you need. Seems like you took the fork in the road where you won't smoke no matter what...you sound better prepared than you think!
