The old board just looked a little more "dated". I know that doesn't help much but think of 1950's furniture vs what you have in your house today.The functionality was also different in many respects but nothing earth shattering.

That's it. Focus on the good things that are happening because you don't smoke any more - not the difficulties that only come around occasionally. Those will soon disappear and the benefits will multiply.
