  1. The key take away from that situation you faced yesterday is that now ...... you know you CAN get through anything your addiction throws at you. That's a huge building block in your quit foundation. Glad it's calmer today for you

  17. Great job D1! Those "Big Ones" come upon us unannounced because this addiction seems to know when we're mentally weak and attacks us then. The good news is that you beat this one back and by doing that, you just got stronger and your addiction got weaker. It's true! That's how it works. Keep denying that Nicodemon and he will eventually get tired and go to sleep

  21. Just remember D that all these normal quit symptoms do not last all that long (I know - seems like an eternity right now but that too will pass). Just stay on this bucking bronco and you will win in the end and ALL the benefits you gain from quitting last for a lifetime!

  24. How about those mushed peas? Why not throw some of those on there too?

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
