Thanks to the invention of The Internet and my experience with Hurricanes, I have turned into a sort of Weather Geek. Any other weather nerds out there? I usually start my mornings out with Cafe, Y'all and these National Hurricane Center National Weather Service Space Science Engineering Center from The University of Wisconsin. World Weather Map from Weather Underground This blog from Dr. Jeff Masters is good but, the 'comments' are VERY informative I would like a more Worldly...blog. Masters is good, if a bit USA-centric. Can anyone turn me on to sites for Europe, Asia and Australia/NZ ? and also, would y'all check in when Tornadoes, Floods, Hurricanes, Nor'Easters, Snomageddeons etc happen in your neighborhood if possible ? I take a bath with Epsom Salts in my Garden a nice long soak with cocktail and then a vigorous scrub rub a dub with brushes and loofah and pumice stone. Then a nice shower inside for a rinse. Sometimes, I am so relaxed, I end up in Dreamland. but, sometimes I will rally and I pick out something dressy to wear out for a few cocktails, smiling and a little dreamy from such a nice beautification. For these special rewards, I often start out at a bar where I don't know anybody and chat with lovely strangers. Later, strolling to my local. unless I am being good to myself in a smart way...then I take myself Home.

I was just thinking about this, Jules. Thinking about what I know and keep private. What I Know Now about myself nearing a year Free from Nicotine. I know I have the ability to Change. I know have the ability to commit to something for success. I know I have the ability to face fears. These, I mostly keep to myself but, they give me a sort of Glow. I know from a warm good feeling about myself inside and from a clarity in my eye. I did not back down. I will not back down. Like our Sarah says, "I am a Tiger ! RARRRR!

I am so sorry to hear this Ex. I am sorry you are letting Nicotine...an inanimate substance rule your life. I know. I know because it ruled mine for too many years to count. You don't need strength. All you need is a commitment to N O P E. You Deserve Freedom.

11 Hi Marti ! (she isn't one of the Chick who threw me under the bus, is she ?) This town is a lot of fun, Joe. A cruise would wig me right out with all THOSE people and no exit. NOLA has a lot of good food, good cocktails, ambiance, music, architecture, Funk. AND I will meet you for cocktails !
