  12. Great work, J ! Your quit must be it's own entity, separate from anything else...your Mom, your life, your day good or bad. and you must protect it, guard it and REJOICE in it ! You are no longer a SLAVE. You are FREE. There will be ups and downs just like life but, know you are winning and reward yourself ! I and everybody here are cheering for YOU. Love, S

This is a fallacy. Smoking was a way to relieve and feed your addiction. Take those moments you used to smoke and sit still and breathe beautiful oxygen. Spend your 'smoke break' thinking and BREATHING breathing breathing... That is how to relieve stress.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
