  7. i totally bailed yesterday. Hate having to wait until the evening. That's why i go to the gym in the morning because I find every excuse in the book as the day goes on. So...today is my 26 and I still don't have time this morning to do them.
  8. Well done Stu!!! So proud of you. My gym guy tells me to throw out the scale..(i can't, but i try to not weigh myself more than once a week). It's not a race. It's all about lifestyle change...there is no finish line. Sort of like quitting smoking. you keep the quit for life. In the beginning you stare at your ticker, willing it to move...lol. Now I never look at mine...(except recently because I'm about to hit 20,000 cigarettes not smoked)
  9. no mans land is a place where you look at yourself and where you are and say... "now what?" and the answer is "anything you want" (except smoke) set new goals, try new things, go out of your comfort zone...push yourself to do things you always wanted to do but were afraid to. You've already conquered the big one...you can do anything you set your mind to do. Life is awesome! well done cpk!!
