  11. I hope your post resonates with those on the fence.....everyone says "tomorrow I will quit" Tomorrow needs to be TODAY Quit NOW don't wait.....you don't know which cigarette you smoke that will trigger disease...is it the next one? Will the next cigarette you smoke be the one that triggers that tumor, or COPD, or stroke.... Quit playing Russian Roulette QUIT TODAY! Thank you for sharing your very personal and painful story Doreen.... Hugs to you dear woman..and prayers for Tony
  12. I'm just so happy that we even have "old posts" on the quit train...aweseomesauce!!
  13. Today was arm day....I really pushed myself and was using mostly 15 lb weights....sometimes the 20lbs. Occasionally the 12 for some of the shoulder workouts.....darn pinched never. Really caused me to lose a lot of muscle in my arms...especially my right...which is my dominant side. On a brighter note....I was using 8's, 10's and 12's before....so I am improving. Slowly I also did the ab challenge...last day! woo hoo!!! I may run tonight....not 100 % sure
  14. ran 3 miles last night....was about to quit after 2 miles because I was headed back home and it was starting to get dark..but when I reached my house I just kept running...and ran in the neighborhood for another mile. Felt awesome!
  15. ok...first person (and if you have been secretly doing the ab challenge, PM me and let me know) to finish the ab challenge after me...gets to choose the next challenge.
  16. OH THANK GOODNESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am done, I am done, I am done!!!!
