  1. Welcome back, SneakyTurtle. I am glad you are quitting again and congratulations on a week quit. Stick around. There is a lot of support and knowledge you can gain here to help you stay quit for good. Nothing good comes from smoking. It is all bad. That might not sound believable at this stage in your quit but it is true. Adhere to NOPE (Not One Puff Ever, even at one day at a time) and you will get there. A smoke free life is freedom.
  2. That first day is a huge deal. You are doing great, k.smooth.
  3. I don't think I've ever posted on this thread before but I found out this morning that an old friend / former co-worker that I haven't heard from in quite some time but thought extremely highly of committed suicide this past week. I'm not going to speculate on what may have driven him to this but it fukkn sucks. The guy was a big Radiohead and Pink Floyd fan. Here's a song I think he'd like. Rest in peace, Eric.
  4. Congratulations on 8 months smoke free, Mac, and great job supporting others.
  5. I'm here. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
  6. Congratulations on 6 months smoke free, @JohnQ Keep up the excellent work!
