  1. Hello Everyone, I’m just checking in and I know it’s been awhile but I’m 22 days smoke free! Wow! I can’t believe it. Mints have been my best friend but I honestly don’t get cravings anymore and I just think I made this a habit now Hope you all had a great holiday and are looking forward to this bright new year like I am! Wishing you all well in 2021!!! Thanks again for all of your support on this journey. Happy Holidays! - K.Smooth

  3. Thank you all for checking in. I’m doing well. Day #5 down of my smoke-free journey!
  4. Good Morning All, Day 1 down of NOT smoking. Thank you all for your kind words and support as I continue this journey.
  5. Woke up this morning with an urge but stayed positive and grabbed a dum dum lollipop I had leftover from Halloween seems to help very much any other ideas or morning routines anyone can share? Morning and nights seem to be the hardest but so far it’s almost lunchtime and I been smoke free for a few hours
  6. Thanks so much @jillar looking forward to the support, I know it won’t be an easy one but it’s great to know I have you & the forum! Wish me luck in the morning since it’s my start date

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
