  7. Great news MQ! Can I just clarify, the only way to keep us near the top of the search engines is just simply to keep doing what we are doing and posting and talking, right? And is this all search engines? I know I found us in Bing (haven't tried yahoo), but are we on Google aswell? Going to go and investigate :)

  14. Oh dear Evelyn... and no SOS :( I see that you committed to NOPE earlier too. For me committing to NOPE is absolutely a promise to myself that there is no chance of smoking that day - taking it off the table. In the early days sometimes I waited to post because I wasn't sure if I would be able to stick to it. I always did it eventually and here I am. Please take smoking off the table each day by commuting a sticking to your NOPE. You can do this if you take it a day at a time and promise to post an SOS if needed. I still believe in you

  19. Hi Marcus I understand that you feel it is your time - 6 years is a long time! My only regret is that I wasn't able to get to know you better... I really respect you and I will miss you. Drop by just to check in from time to time if you are able. Enjoy your smoke free life - you earned it :)
  20. As long as they are happy with who ever they are with what's the problem? I don't even think about this to be honest
  21. Like a time machine? Oh, sorry, like a ******* time machine?
  22. LOL Sue, you couldn't be a pain in the backside if you tried :p OK, so let's try and not worry to much about a possible relapse - that's not very productive at all which you already know because you can't concentrate. Try instead to embrace the quit. Look on it as 100% positive, that they HAVE to smoke, and you don't. You don't have to smoke because you are a non-smoker. In theory you should get a heck of a lot more done that way. And there is always time for an SOS Sue, so get that thought out if your head right now lol If you can't (or don't want to) post on the main board for any reason, I am sure there are people here who will take PMs at any time or give you there email addresses or phone numbers for emergencies! Bottom line, embrace the freedom, and tell us if you need us! I have a feeling that if you can get through May, then you could be looking at your sticky quit right here :)
  23. Jengels, you haven’t smoked for 8 (EIGHT) months! That is amazing! Really happy for you and your family! Massive Congratulations to you :dance2:
