Hello friends, I extinguished my last cigarette yesterday morning and then I destroyed the rest of the pack! Former Member Trish ! The non-smoker needs to decide whether he should listen to his head or his heart. The smoker/ex-smoker needs to decide whether he should listen to his head his heart, or the junkie. This can make things very difficult if you allow the junkie to put his two cents in. Make your decision easier. Recognize the junkie and shut him up. Once you decide to never smoke again it becomes easier… the mind games end1 point
