  6. @Pilgrim I know it's not easy and this is my 2nd and last time quitting because who wants to go through withdrawal again!! Certainly not me!! Ack!! No way!!😬 Twice was enough!! Just take it one day at a time because that is really all you can do at this point. What methods are you using to help you stay focused and with withdrawal symptoms?
